Registration and payment

All participants, including invited speakers, are required to register for APiP2016 by following the link Registration

First time you access the registration and payment pages you will be required to create an account.

Registration fee

   Until 29 February 2016:

   One-day attendance costs 150€

Registration entitles all delegates access to:

• APiP sessions
• Conference Materials
• Coffee breaks
• Lunches and conference dinner
• Proceedings (Proceedings will be sent after the conference)

Accompanying persons are welcome. A fee of 100 € will be charged for the conference dinner and the welcome reception only.

The payment must be made by a credit or debit card.

Following their on-line registration, Student Participants must submit a scanned copy of their valid student ID by email.

In order to help us prepare conference materials and organize social events, we strongly encourage you to pay the registration fee as soon as possible.
Please note that the registration process will only be completed when the payment will be received.
